Wisdom Well Retreats

You give a lot.
This is for you.

Retreats designed for people who spend their lives showing up for others — and are ready to show up for themselves.

We believe rest is radical. Fun is healing. And the best things happen when you’re in a room full of people who just get it.

What to expect

Intentional without being intense. Meaningful without being heavy.

  • Learn

Continuing education credits and content that actually applies to the work you do.

  • Rest

Real rest — the kind your nervous system has been asking for. Quiet mornings. Slow afternoons.

  • Connect

A room full of people who get it. Conversations you can’t have in supervision.

  • Have fun

Fun is healing. We take this part seriously.

Questions

Things people usually ask

Who are these retreats for?

Therapists and helping professionals who spend their days holding space for everyone else and want a few days of holding their own.

Do I need to be a licensed therapist to attend?

Most of our retreats are designed for licensed clinicians, but some events are open to broader helping-professional circles. Each retreat detail page lists who it’s for.

How do CE credits work?

Every retreat lists its CE credit count and approving body. Certificates are issued at the end of the retreat once attendance is verified.

What does a typical day look like?

Mornings tend to be educational. Afternoons are for rest, exploration, or whatever the location is great for. Evenings are slow, social, and intentionally unstructured.

What’s your refund and cancellation policy?

Specific terms are listed on each retreat page. In general, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat with notice.
